The Build System is how Nicktion thinks about work, not a claim that every product uses one identical workflow.

The story

It started inside real operations.

Before Nicktion, its team worked inside operations where the details decide the day: delivery runs with tight time windows, handoffs that had to be on record, and the teams that coordinate that work.

The same problems showed up everywhere. Plans change mid-day. Responsibility passes from hand to hand. When something goes wrong, someone has to show what happened, and the answer is usually buried in calls, texts and spreadsheets.

Those problems aren't unique to deliveries. Pet care businesses juggle stays and care routines across shifts. Project teams lose hours to status updates. Office staff repeat the same steps in tools that weren't built for their work.

Nicktion exists to fix that properly: software that follows how the work really runs, with clear ownership, visible status and people in charge.

Today Nicktion builds five products of its own: Routune, DMS, TherapyPoint, Opslash and OpAgent. It also takes on custom software projects for other businesses, like CEA.
